The problem can be caused by a number of different factors: maybe downloads or installations are disrupted, or your internet hiccups when updates are downloading. In addition, there is a possibility that there is a kind of system or game error that causes errors – maybe, for example, that the software of tears that are in tears – reads at the wrong time, such as during the transfer of savings or data.

Do not give up if there is no successful step, because there is still one more thing you can try: turn off your PS4 (resist the power button for about three seconds), let the console sit in a few seconds, then press and hold the power button to turn it on Back while keeping the button pressed until you hear the second BIP startup. This will start PS4 in safe mode (through PlayStation).

After you are in safe mode, select the fifth option presented: Rebuild Database. The process can take time from a few minutes to several hours, depending on how full your PS4 hard drive is. If the problem remains even after the database is rebuilt, the hard drive itself can be a problem and may need to be replaced.
